Compared - Real-World Advice Of Docomo and Disney

This one is on its way from Tokyo, as Docomo and Disney have announced two Android handsets, presumably targeted at Disney lovers. First, we've got the Docomo F-08D, that will be packing a 4.3-inch 720 x 1280 display, a 1 hour.2 GHz dual-core OMAP4430 processor, and also a microSD card slot. The F-08D will likely be available in shiny pink and shiny white.

Moving on, the Docomo P-05D will use a 4.3-inch display likewise, but a lower resolution of 540 x 690. It’s worth noting that, even though the resolution is less that that regarding the F-08D, this display is qHD. Under the hood is a 60 minute GHz dual-core OMAP4430 processor, and will probably be available in pure white and pure white.

Both devices will have a Disney-inspired UI, detailed with icons and further apps. We should also mention that both of them are waterproof. The F-08D is scheduled for a February release, as you move the P-05D will see a March launch. Both devices will only be easily obtainable in Japan, and it’s unlikely that either will see a European or U.S. launch.

So, do we now have any readers in Japan trying forward to these units launching? Are you thinking of getting one in the event it drops? Let us know within the comments!
